King ( 2011 )
O.A.R. streamlined their sound on 2008's All Sides, downplaying the frat boy anthems and reggae rhythms that launched their career in favor of a slick pop/rock approach. Released three years later, King finds the group reconvening the production team that turned All Sides into a Top 40 hit. The songs are more laid-back this time around, more reminiscent of Dave Matthews than the Snow Patrol epis that filled All Sides.

Rain or Shine ( 2010 )
O.A.R.'s fourth live album, Rain or Shine, was a wholly unique recording experience for the band. It was the first time the band had chosen to record an album at an outdoor venue. However, the four disc set, recorded over two nights at Chicago's Charter One Pavilion at Northerly Island, almost didn't come to pass. After an amazing first show on June 18th, 2009 the band was facing ominous skies and a challenging weather forecast which greatly hindered the chance of making this live album a reality. With crowds kept outside of the venue for their own safety, it seemed likely that the show would need to be postponed or cancelled. Yet when the time came to make the final call, two hours after the original door time, there was no doubt from the band that they were determined to make it happen.

The four disc set that makes up Rain or Shine contains 37 tracks and over four hours of music with both electric and acoustic versions of O.A.R. favorites "Shattered" and "That Was a Crazy Game of Poker." Also included in the CD set are two previously unreleased tracks, "Tonight," the first song the band ever wrote, as well as "Rhythm of your Shoes." All Sides ( 2008 )
For lead man Marc Roberge, the recording process of the band's sixth studio CD, "All Sides," began with a drive across the country with his wife and their dogs. After more than a decade of crossing this country's highways, O.A.R.'s experiences have prepared them for the release of this mature and diverse collection of songs. Lessons from the road and countless performances have influenced the band's state of mind. No one experience influenced the band's approach to the project more than that of their trip with the USO to the middle east where they performed for U.S. Troops and witnessed the war zones first hand. "Right now, on this day, 'All Sides' represents where we are as a band and how far we have come," Roberge says. "It makes me love playing music for a living, writing songs, and driving across the country with my best friends."

Stories of a Stranger ( 2005 )
On "Stories of a Stranger" the band set out writing songs for the project in 2004. The intention was to create what would one day be referred to as THE record that best represents the power O.A.R. brings to stages across the country, while simultaneously giving the listener a glimpse inside the heart of a traveling musician, the frustration that comes with having to be a million places at once, and the many faces of the wandering soul. O.A.R. has made it their mission to become in the studio what they have worked so hard to become in the cities and on the stages of America. Accomplished, relevant, and most importantly a voice of optimism in a world filled with doubt. The songs on the record were hand picked from a well full of stylistically diverse tunes each with a story to tell.
