Norfolk was in the midst of a tropical storm and this show was moved inside the Scope Arena due to heavy winds. There wasn't a bad spot to enjoy this show from and my daughter and I were able to get up close at various locations to the stage. The show rocked from the very beginning and OAR sounded great for just starting out the Summer Tour. "The Architect" was one of the highlights for me as was "Anyway". OAR never forgets where their at and Mark made mention of Norfolk's association with the U.S.Navy through out the show.
