Are tickets included with my VIP package?
Unless otherwise stated within the VIP product description, VIP packages are typically experiential upgrades only and do not include tickets for venue access. Please visit
liveoar.com/tour and/or the venue's corresponding ticketing outlet for latest in tickets and availability.
What To Expect
No physical items will be mailed prior to the event. All items including VIP laminates will be provided by your VIP Liaison or Box Office at the venue on the day of the show. Government issued photo ID will be required to verify identity. You will receive more detailed information within 24-72 hours of the event. This information will be in the
VIP section of your account and will be emailed to the address associated with the VIP upgrade once available.
VIP Check-In
You will meet at the designated area communicated by your VIP liaison via email. This information will also be available in your account under
VIP once confirmed. Information will be available within 24-72 hours of the event. You will be verified by presenting your government issued photo ID and provided your VIP credentials in preparation for redeeming your VIP experience.
Soundcheck Experiences
If you have purchased a Soundcheck Pass, please be prepared to arrive to the venue in the afternoon. While an official time and place will be provided in your official VIP informational email, soundchecks typically start between 2-5pm. You will likely check in with the box office at this time to receive your VIP laminate for entry. Please refer to the official VIP informational email you will receive before the event for the actual location to pick up your laminate. Please note: Unless otherwise stated, Soundcheck does not include Priority Entry. Soundcheck VIP's will be provided access to the venue for the Soundcheck an escorted out of the venue for re-entry at door time or subsequent VIP experience if applicable.

Side Stage Viewing Experiences
If you have purchased a Side Stage Seating Pass, your meeting time will depend on the order in which the bands perform that evening. Please note, we will not know which order the bands will perform until closer to the show's date. Once this is determined, your time to meet will be sent in your VIP informational email. The meeting location is typically the merchandise booth and will be approximately 15 minutes before the band starts.
Priority Entry Experiences
If you have a Priority Entry Pass, you will proceed directly to the box office to retrieve your VIP laminate, and go to the designated Priority Entry line. This line will typically be marked by a VIP Priority Entry Flag, however there may be some venues in which this is not possible. More information on where to meet will be provided in your VIP informational email went within 24-72 hours of the event date. Priority Entry is typically up to 30 minutes before advertised door time, but may be a prioritized entry line depending on venue restrictions.
Age limitations
Age restrictions may vary by venue. Please inquire with the venue directly regarding age limitations. Select VIP packages may be limited to certain ages. Patrons under the age of 16 will require the presence of a 18+ Chaperone. All adult individuals that desire to be present for the VIP experience are required to have VIP upgrades. Please see VIP details for any age restrictions.
Do VIP packages provide seats or have assigned seating?
Not all VIP packages include seating arrangements. Please see the VIP product description to determine if seating will be provided.
Where is the roped off section for VIP members located?
Although our best efforts will be made to accommodate per experience, roped off sections are not guaranteed per venue and may not be available at all experiences. If a VIP roped off section is present, it is typically located as close to the stage as possible and to the left or right wings.
Please note, roped off sections will not be present for venues without General Admission (GA). A ticket granting access to this area in the venue is required. Venue staff will not allow an individual with a VIP pass access to the roped off area without a ticket that grants access to that section of the venue.
For example, for venues with GA pit areas, a GA pit ticket must be purchased by the VIP member in order to access the roped off area within the GA pit. Seated tickets will restrict the VIP member from accessing the GA pit by the venue even with a visible VIP pass.
How can I gift/transfer tickets I purchased to someone else?
In many cases you may transfer tickets to another individual. Please note that some performance may have a NO TRANSFER policy of VIP packages. Please be aware that transfers are not available for every performance. Please refer to each individual VIP package details or contact support@liveoar.com for more information. If the purchaser is unable to attend the event, or is purchasing the tickets for someone else, the purchaser must email support@liveoar.com directly from the email address used for purchase as to initiate the transfer to another individual. Please note : experiences or other articles of admission won through promotions may not be available for transfer. All recipients of a VIP transfer must have a FanCollab account to redeem.
Can I transfer my experiences to another performance?
In some cases select VIP experiences can be transferred to another performance. Please contact support@liveoar.com no less than 5 business days prior to the event to determine transfer eligibility.
What time does the band start?
As unforeseen circumstances and variances in performance lengths may cause slight delays in performance start times, it cannot be determined when the exact time a performance may start.
What if I'm arriving late?
If you feel you may arrive late, please communicate all available information regarding your arrival time to your VIP liaison via support@liveoar.com as early as possible. Although attempts will be made to ensure you still have the best experience possible, VIP experiences will not be postponed for late arrivals and are not refund eligible.
What if I can't make it to my experience?
If VIP packages cannot be redeemed. Please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice and a credit toward another experience or merchandise will be provided. Depending on VIP type and what your package entails, your VIP specific credentials and merchandise may be mailed to the address on your account and the balance of the associated shipping and handling charges will be deducted from credit balance provided to you.
Can I drink alcoholic beverages?
Although most venues allow for the consumption of alcohol, some locations within the venue may be prohibited from VIP alcohol consumption. For fans with side stage viewing, no alcohol will be permitted on stage.
Can I leave and return to the venue?
In exception to select Soundcheck VIP packages, many venues do not allow for re-entry. Please contact the venue for more information on re-entry policies.
Does my VIP experience include Priority Entry?
Only individuals who purchased their VIP pass within the pre-sale period are eligible for included Priority Entry. Priority Entry is still able to be purchased separately at most events.
Does my VIP package get me into any of the venue's VIP Club or other memberships?
VIP packages provided via FanCollab/LiveOAR are not inclusive of any offering provided by any venues or ticketing outlets.
Can I upgrade experiences at the venue?
All VIP packages are in limited quantities. Many VIP packages require planning by event staff prior to the event. On location VIP upgrades cannot be guaranteed.
My show has already happened, where is my download?
For events eligible for an audio download of the event, check the
Downloads section of your account. If you do not see your show, it is still being processed and will be available as soon as possible. All individuals who receive a download of their performance will receive an email from support@liveoar.com once the download is available.
How long are packages available for purchase?
All VIP packages are subject to limited inventory. If inventory is still available, VIP packages will no longer be available after 3pm the day of the show. Select VIP packages may come down up to one week prior to the show for preparation.
What health Safety Measures are in place?
Your health and safety is important. We work very hard to create a safe environment for our fans and take every concern seriously and are committed to following the local guidelines and recommendations. VIP are encouraged to inquire with your local venues or ticketing outlets for the most up to date safety rules and guidelines. Please note: Policies may change in accordance with any local mandates and/or venue or event staff requirements.
