Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
- Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom items
Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team using the Contact Form to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please use the Contact Form with your order number and details of the issue.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
