What is LiveOAR.com?

LiveOAR.com is the official online home of the rock band O.A.R. (Of A Revolution), featuring band information, music, tour dates, official merchandise, and fan experiences.

How do I shop for band merchandise?

You can browse and purchase clothing, accessories, music, and limited-edition items directly through the Shop section of the site.

Where can I find tour dates?

Upcoming tour dates and locations are listed on the Tour page.

Where can I find live audio downloads?

Live recordings are available through the OARchive at events.liveoar.com. This site requires a separate login from LiveOAR.com.

VIP & Experiences

Do VIP packages include concert tickets?

Most VIP packages are experiential upgrades and do not include concert tickets unless explicitly stated. Tickets must be purchased separately.

What's included in a VIP package?

Depending on the package, perks may include VIP laminates, exclusive merchandise, posters, priority entry, soundcheck access, and more.

Do I need to pick up VIP items before the show?

Yes. Most VIP items, including laminates and credentials, are distributed at the venue on the day of the show and are not shipped in advance.

Can I transfer my VIP experience?

Transfer eligibility varies. Please contact support@liveoar.com prior to the event for assistance.

Are there age restrictions for VIP experiences?

Age restrictions vary by venue. Some experiences may require a parent or guardian for minors.

Music & Downloads

Can I get live show downloads?

Yes. Select performances are available through the OARchive.

I bought a download but don't see it — what should I do?

Some recordings require processing time. You will receive an email once your download is ready. If you continue to have issues, please contact support@liveoar.com.

I can't find the show I attended — why?

Not all performances are available. Availability depends on recording quality, tour, and venue. Shows may be added over time.

Orders & Fulfillment

How are orders fulfilled?

All orders are processed in the order they are received. During high-volume periods such as tours, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

What is the difference between item types?

In Stock: Items are already produced and ready to ship. Typical processing time is 1-3 business days.

Made on Demand: Items are produced after your order is placed using in-house DTG or DTF printing. Typical processing time is 3-7 business days.

Made to Order: Items require sourcing specific blanks before being printed in-house. Typical processing time is 7-10 business days.

What are preorder items?

Preorder items are offered before they are fully produced or available for immediate shipment.

These items are manufactured and/or kitted for fulfillment within a designated shipping window listed on the product page.

Orders ship once production is complete and the release window begins.

Why do some items take longer than others?

Processing times vary depending on the item type, material availability, and order volume.

What happens if my order includes multiple item types?

Orders containing multiple item types may ship together once all items are ready, which can extend overall processing time.

What if an item is out of stock?

Some items may sell out or become temporarily unavailable. If available, you can select “Notify Me” on the product page to receive restock alerts.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time. Shipping time depends on the carrier and method selected at checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders and access downloads.

Is there free shipping?

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $75), with some exclusions.
